Breakages, Damages and Special Items:
We take great pride in treating your home with the utmost care and respect. We fully understand that many items in your home carry not only financial value, but deep sentimental value as well.
While accidents are rare, they can occasionally happen. In the event of any breakage or damage your cleaner will notify both you and our admin team immediately.
Please note:
Our insurance does not cover items that were improperly installed, unstable, or already damaged prior to service.
We are not responsible for fragile, unique, or irreplaceable items such as sculptures, vases, art, or décor unless you have specifically informed us beforehand that these items require special care.
If you own valuable, delicate, or sentimental pieces, please inform us in advance. In many cases, we can arrange for two team members to handle certain items together, or take additional precautions to ensure proper care.
We have successfully managed homes containing high-end artwork, special collections, and unique design pieces. However, advance communication is essential so we can plan accordingly.
We will not repair, replace, or reimburse items such as toilet brushes, toilet seats, sink components or similar fixtures if they were not in good condition prior to our service.
