Clean for Good was built by a local family with no experience in cleaning, but a clear vision: to create a business that does right by people and the planet. Today, we’re proud to employ a team of full-time, permanent cleaners who are paid a Living Wage, supported with training, career pathways, wellbeing programmes, bonuses, MVP awards, zoo trips, and more — because we believe people should feel proud of their work. Our clients are our neighbours, and we care for them with the same warmth and honesty we’d want in our own homes. We support schools, community groups, and the Breast Cancer Foundation through donations, raffles, and our beloved Mermaid Braids stall. And we’re serious about sustainability, from our non-toxic enzyme products, recycled uniforms, and electric vehicles, to capturing microplastics and planting trees with Trees for Survival. We even have a full-time sustainability intern helping us build an Environmental Management System that aligns with international standards. We’re not perfect, but we show up every day to make cleaning better — safer for families, kinder to cleaners, and gentler on the planet.
