Twelve Rules of Common Courtesy (Terms and conditions)

1.- Arrival Time: Our cleaning services occur between 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM on your regularly scheduled day. Given that each home that we clean varies in the amount of time it takes to clean, we cannot guarantee an exact arrival/departure time. We will try our best to be there on the scheduled time and will let you know if we are running more than 30 minutes late

2.- Arrival Day: Clean for Good makes every effort to consistently schedule a predetermined set day that we will arrive at each cleaning. If for any reason we need to reschedule due to staff illness or other unforeseen circumstances, we will give you as much notice as possible.

3.- Access to your home: We will discuss arrangements of how to access your home before the cleaning. Please inform us if any codes are required (e.g., alarm codes, lockbox).

4.- Pricing: Most of our prices are available online. If you are unsure, please contact us for a free quote.

5.- Heavy-duty requirements: If your home is extra dirty or has mould, then please inform us at least 24 hours before the cleaning service is scheduled.

6.- Payment: We only accept internet banking. Payment must be cleared in our account the first Monday after the cleaning is done.

7.- Getting ready for the cleaning: Don’t “clean” before we arrive but do “pick up” so you can take the most of our service.

8.- The setting: We don’t request that the house be unoccupied at the time of cleaning. Please let us know in advance if you have special requirements -conference calls, nap times, etc- so we can try to accommodate our cleaning routine.

9.- Pets: Please secure your pets (outside the house) when possible.

10.- Refunds: No refund will be given once the cleaning service has been carried out. If you are not satisfied with any aspect, please let us know within 24 hours and this will be rectified.

11.- Cancellations: You will have to pay the full price of the cleaning visit, if: a) You cancel or change your cleaning service with less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment; b) You fail to provide access to your home; c) There is a problem with your keys and the Cleaner cannot let themselves in.

12.- Termination: Please let us know if you want to terminate our services by giving us 2 weeks prior notice by email.
